Refund Policy

At Bulletproof, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. This means that within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return your product(s) for a full refund or exchange, provided that the conditions are met.

Returning Items Within 30 Days

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Exceptions: Hygiene Policy for Jewelry

Due to hygienic reasons, jewelry falls under a special regulation and cannot be returned or exchanged. We place great importance on the health and safety of our customers and want to ensure that all jewelry we ship arrives unused and in perfect condition. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for jewelry unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon receipt.


Refund Process

Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you the replacement item, subject to availability.
